I have neverbought a wholefishbefore and to tell youthetruth I was a littlescaredofhim in myfridge. Helooked a littlelike a snake in thebag and I hadtocoverhiseyessohewasn'tlookingat me. But I wantedtobe brave and cookthewaytheMaltese do so I stuffedhimwithlemons, garlic and thyme and threwhimwhole on the grill. Wewerenotdissapointed. Theysaythatseabasstastelikewhitesalmon and I knowwhattheymean. Themeatisfluffy and creamy and verytasty. Itwassoeasytode-bonetoo. Oh and I boughtthese jumbo prawnstoo and theyweresosweet and needed no extras. Thisfishisjustsogoodheredammit. Getoverheresoonsowecanshare! Love and Hugs
