We were so inspired by Nicole and her Little Brown Pen's A Year of Cheese that we decided to host a cheese night of our own. At QuartreHomme around the corner I bought a creamy brebis, a strong rocamadour and a smooth tomme de savoie. And the tasting began.
All three were outstanding but both Vince and I are suckers for a goat cheese with that gooey layer between the rind and the soft cloud like middle! The brebis was triumphant!
