Have you ever tried to meditate? I want you to know that it's not hard or weird, even a little bit. All you have to do is close your eyes and follow your breath. We're so hard on our selves and over think everything that we often never give this amazing easy free thing a try. It's the simplest and fastest way to relieve stress, aniexty, depression, distructive thoughts and the list goes on. Some people even say it can heal and reach the deepest down cells in your body.
